Create and use presets
Learn how to create and use Presets in a design in Fusion.

Create a preset
- In the dialog, next to the first edit field, click the Plus icon.
- Specify the name of the preset.
- Click the Check icon.
A preset using the current settings is created. Note that presets are only saved locally, not on the cloud.
Apply different preset
- In the dialog, next to the first edit field, click the drop-down arrow.
- Select the desired preset.
Values defined in the selected preset are applied.
Set the default preset
- At the top of the dialog, hover over the Preset area, and click More.
- Click Set As Default from the menu, and select one of the options:
- Current: Sets the current preset as the default preset.
- Last Used: Sets the last values you used as the default preset. The values saved in the preset update automatically if you change setting values on the fly.
- Fusion Defaults: Sets the default values provided by Fusion as the default preset.
Selected type of preset is used by default next time you open the dialog.
Rename a preset
- At the top of the dialog, hover over the Preset area, and click More.
- Select Rename from the menu.
- Specify the name.
- Click the Check icon.
The preset name is changed.
Edit a preset
- Adjust the vales in the dialog, as needed. Note that the ** * ** appears before the preset name indicating edits to the preset.
- At the top of the dialog, hover over the Preset area, and click More.
- Select Save.
Updates the preset with the new values.
Delete a preset
- At the top of the dialog, hover over the Preset area, and click More.
- Select Delete from the menu.
The preset is deleted from the preset list.
Sort the presets list
To specify how the presets are listed:
- At the top of the dialog, hover over the Preset area, and click More.
- Click Sort By from the menu, and select one of the options:
- Name: Sorts presets alphabetically.
- Last Created: Sorts presets by the date they were created.
- Last Modified: Sorts presets by the date they were last modified.
- Last Used: Sorts presets by the date they were last used.
Presets are listed based on your selection.
