Manage scripts and add-ins

Learn how manage scripts and add-ins to extend the capabilities of Fusion.

  1. On the toolbar, click Utilities > Add-Ins > Scripts and Add-Ins scripts and add-ins icon.

    The Scripts and Add-Ins dialog displays.

  2. On the Scripts or Add-Ins tab, select a sample script or add-in, or click the + plus icon to select a script or add-in from your local computer.

  3. Below the list of scripts or add-ins:

    • Click Create to create a new script or add-in.
    • Click Edit to edit the selected script or add-in.
    • Click Run to run the selected script or add-in.
    • Click Stop to stop the selected script or add-in.
    • Next to the Run button, click the dropdown arrow, then click Debug to debug the selected script or add-in.
    • Click the + button next to Details to view the Description, Full Path, and Author of the selected script or add-in.
    • Right-click a script or add-in and select Open File Location to open the folder where the script or add-in is located on your computer.
  4. Click X to close the Scripts and Add-Ins dialog.
