Pipe reference (Surface)

The Pipe command creates a surface body in the shape of a primitive pipe in Fusion.

Design > Surface > Create > Pipe

Path

Specify the paths to follow for the pipe.

Chain Selection

Specify whether to include tangentially connected edges, or select individual edges.

Distance

Specifies the length of the pipe as a decimal percentage of the selected path.

Operation

Select an operation to control how the feature affects the design.

• New Body: Creates a new body in the active component.
• New Component: Creates a new body in a new component.

Section

Select the shape of the pipe section.

• Circular Enables symmetry on the length of the box.
• Square Enables symmetry on the width of the box.
• Triangular Enables symmetry on the height of the box.

Section Size

Specify the size of the section.
