To create a new material library

You can organize commonly used materials or share sets of materials with others from a personal library.

1. Click (Simulation workspace > Setup tab > Materials panel > Manage Physical Materials) to open the Material Browser.
2. Click Library in the lower left corner of the Material Browser dialog and select Create New Library.
3. In the Create Library dialog, specify a name for the new library in the File name field.
4. Navigate to the folder in which you would like to keep the new material library file.
5. Click Save to create the library. The new, empty material library becomes the current library.
