Simplify for CFD and Moldflow

Create simulation ready models for Moldflow and CFD.

The Simplify contextual environment in Fusion enables you to prepare models to be simulation ready. Once your model is complete, export the geometry to a file or push to one of your simulation applications.

Bring a model into the Simplify contextual environment

1. Open the model from the Data Panel.
2. Switch to the Simulation workspace using the workspace switcher on the toolbar.
   • The New Study dialog opens automatically the first time you bring a model into the workspace.
3. Select a study type, then select Create Study.
4. On the Setup tab, select Simplify to enter the Simplify environment.

How to export a model to your Simulation tool

Select the icon of the appropriate software (CFD, Moldflow Insight, or Moldflow Adviser) located in the toolbar.
