Mold surface temperature

The actual temperature of the mold at the mold/part interface, which impacts cycle time and part quality. The temperature should be set around the middle of the range. Higher temperatures can improve surface finish, but increase the cycle time. Keep the mold temperature below the polymer's solidification temperature. Otherwise, the polymer will not become solid in the mold.
