Simulation analysis precheck
Pre-check checks the study to ensure that all required analysis settings are applied, so the study can be solved. Using Pre-check is optional, but it is a good practice to use it before starting an analysis. Running the Pre-check provides you with details about the missing items.
Note: The pre-check only validates that the standard inputs are present in the analysis. Always review inputs to ensure that intended simulation is being solved.
The Solve toolbar command graphically indicates the status of the simulation setup.
- indicates that there are issues with the study inputs, and the study cannot be solved.
- indicates potential issues. The study can be solved, but the solver may issue warnings or errors. This state is a warning and may be simply pointing out that the setup is not common.
- , indicates that there are no issues and the study can be solved.
