As a viewer user, you can see all of your organization's data and results. Learn what you can do in Info360 Asset.

Network Map

View your network's assets on the map, alongside any inspection condition grades, risk levels, and rehabilitation actions. You can also open a list of the assets (per type).

You can customize the data you see on the map by hiding layers and creating themes. For example, you might want a theme that shows only assets with a high severity condition grade or only assets with a high risk level. You can also use themes created and shared by other users.

Inspections and Tasks

View CCTV inspections and other tasks conducted on your network in the Activities section.

• Inspections
  • Inspection list: View the inspections that have been submitted and approved. Click into any inspection to see the details, observations, and associated media.
    Tip: You can find a specific asset in the network map by clicking on the three dots icon at the end of the row.

    Expand the Inspection Performance panel to view an overview of the inspections carried out per year/month/day.

  • Condition Summary: See the condition ratings for inspected assets.

    Expand the Condition Distribution panel to view pie charts with the distribution of assets per condition grade. See View Inspection Charts.

• Tasks: View other work tasks (repairs, cleans, etc.) performed on your network's assets.

Risk

Open any published risk models to view a list of all assets and their overall risk, likelihood of failure (LoF) and consequence of failure (CoF) scores. You can filter the list by risk grade.

To get more detailed information on the risk results for each asset, click on the Asset ID and scroll down the Risk Details section.

You can view risk grades on the network map too.

Tip: You can find a specific asset in the network map by clicking on the three dots icon at the end of the row.

Rehab

Open any published rehabilitation decision tree and go to the Results tab to see the rehabilitation action assigned per asset, as well as the cost (if specified) of that action.

You can view rehabilitation actions on the network map too.

Asset Details

From many places in Info360 Asset, you can click on a specific Asset ID to go to the asset details page. This page shows all information related to that asset, such as condition ratings, notes, asset properties, inspection and task history, and results from risk and rehab analyses.
