The recommended first steps for populating Info360 Asset with your organization's data.
Once you have access to Info360 Asset, the first thing you'll want to do is import your asset data. To import data you will need a Full-Access subscription.
You can import all of the GIS layers for your network via local GeoJSON files or Shapefiles, or via an integration with ArcGIS Online. Both pipe and manhole layers need to be imported.
Before importing your layers:

Upload condition inspection files and their associated media files. These are linked to your assets and stored on the cloud.
You can use inspection condition data in risk analyses and rehabilitation trees.
If you want to see inspections on the network map, make sure to upload your pipe and manhole layers before uploading inspections.

You may want to import additional spatial data or custom data to be used in risk analysis and rehabilitation decision trees.
Spatial data
Import any additional GIS layers that you may want to use in risk analysis. For example, buildings, rivers, hospitals, schools, etc.

Custom tables
Import additional data related to your assets, such as historical repair cost data or work management information. Make sure that the ID in your custom table matches the Asset ID in your GIS layer.
