Import inspections from ITpipes
Follow these steps to import PACP inspections using the ITpipes integration.
- Go to
Activities >
Inspections and select PACP.
- Select projects to import from.
- Choose a time span by selecting
From and
To dates to specify the inspection range for import.
Note: The maximum time range is 1 month.
- Then click
Next to start import. Progress page, where you can find import errors will open.
- Once the inspections and images finish importing, you can close the progress page and review the imported inspections in the list.
Note: Videos typically take longer to import, but you will see these on the inspection's
Observation tab when they have been processed.
After the import, you can always edit observations by adding media or editing properties.
In the Data section you can find a Third-Party Integration tab that shows all imports from ITpipes. You can access the import logs and see import errors.
