Connect your organization's ArcGIS Enterprise portal to
Info360 Asset so team members can sign in with their ArcGIS credentials and access portal content directly in Info360 Asset. To set up the integration, register an OAuth application in ArcGIS Enterprise, then create and enable the integration in Info360 Asset.
Before you start:
- The ArcGIS Enterprise integration must be enabled for your project. If you don't see
ArcGIS Enterprise when you create an integration, contact your Autodesk representative or support contact.
- Your ArcGIS Enterprise portal must be accessible from the public internet.
What you will need
- Administrator access to your ArcGIS Enterprise portal.
- Administrator access to your Info360 project.
- Your ArcGIS Enterprise portal URL.
- The production region where your Info360 project is hosted: US, EU, or AP.
Step 1: Register an OAuth app in ArcGIS Enterprise
- In your ArcGIS Enterprise portal, go to
Content.
- Select
New item.
- Choose
Application, then select
Other application.
- Create the item. ArcGIS Enterprise automatically registers it for OAuth 2.0.
- Open the item, then go to
.
- Copy the
App ID. This is the
Client ID you will enter in Info360.
- Select
Update and add the redirect URI values for your production region. The redirect URI must match exactly, including scheme, host, path, and any trailing slash.
Note: You only need to enter the redirect URIs for the region where your project is hosted.

Step 2: Create the integration in Info360
Tip: Approval prompt: If a confirmation dialog asks whether ArcGIS Online can look for and connect to devices on your local network, choose the allow option. If you deny this prompt, the integration may not work correctly.
Tip: After you save: Info360 Asset stores the portal URL, Client ID, and encrypted OAuth tokens for your project. The integration is ready to use once it's enabled and saved.
For more information, see
Esri's support article about this approval prompt.
- In Info360 Asset, select
Admin in the lower-left corner of the page.
- Select
Integrations.
- Select
Create new integration.
- Select
ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Enter your
Portal URL. For example:
https://gis.example.com/portal/sharing/rest. Info360 Asset validates the portal and shows a confirmation message when the URL is accepted.
- Enter the
Client ID you copied from the ArcGIS Enterprise OAuth app.
- Select
Authenticate. Sign in to your ArcGIS Enterprise portal in the pop-up window and approve the connection.
- Turn on the integration.
- Select
Save.
CORS configuration
If your ArcGIS Enterprise portal restricts cross-origin requests, add the Info360 origin for your region to the portal's allowed origins list.
Caution: If allowed origins are not configured correctly, authentication can fail during the browser token exchange.
- In ArcGIS Enterprise, go to
.
- Find the
Allowed origins configuration.
- Add the Info360 Asset origin for your production region.
- Save your changes.
Limits and known behavior
- Each project supports one ArcGIS Enterprise integration. To connect a different portal, delete the existing integration first.
- If an older or stale ArcGIS Enterprise integration exists, delete it before you create a new one.
- If a conflicting integration exists, saving the new integration may fail until you remove the old integration.
Troubleshooting
| Issue
|
Possible cause
|
What to do
|
| ArcGIS Enterprise is not available as an integration option.
|
The integration may not be enabled for your tenant.
|
Contact your Autodesk representative or support contact.
|
| The portal URL does not validate.
|
The URL may be incorrect, unavailable, or not the portal sharing REST endpoint.
|
Confirm the portal URL and try again. A typical format is
https://gis.example.com/portal/sharing/rest.
|
| The ArcGIS Enterprise portal is not accessible from the public internet.
|
The ArcGIS server may be behind a firewall, VPN, or private network.
|
Ask your network administrator to confirm that the portal is accessible from the public internet.
|
| Authentication fails in the popup window.
|
The redirect URI may not match exactly, or the approval prompt may have been denied.
|
Confirm that the correct redirect URIs are configured in ArcGIS Enterprise and repeat authentication. If prompted, choose the allow option.
|
| Save fails because an integration already exists.
|
Only one ArcGIS Enterprise integration is supported per tenant.
|
Delete the existing ArcGIS Enterprise integration, then create and save the new one.
