You can now delete all assets of the same type (pipe, manhole, etc.) if you are a Project Admin with a full-access subscription.
If you imported incorrect or test data into
Info360 Asset or mapped fields incorrectly during import, you can remove assets in bulk and then re-import them.
Important:
- Custom tables associated to the asset type will also be deleted. You will need to re-import these after you re-import your asset layer.
- Any risk model components or rehab tree queries that use custom tables will need to be re-configured after you re-import your asset layer.
- You should re-run any risk models or rehab queries for the asset type after re-importing.
- Inspections, work tasks, and events will be re-linked automatically when you re-import your asset layer.
To delete all assets of the same type in bulk:
- Go to Data
Assets.
- Click on the Assets button.
- Click on the three dot icon
beside the asset type you want to delete.
- Click Delete Assets, then confirm.
Important: This will delete ALL assets of this type and all associated custom tables. See the important notes above on the impact of deleting these.
Currently, it is not possible to delete a specific set of assets. As a workaround, you can:
- Delete all assets of the appropriate type.
- Modify your GIS layer to remove the assets you don't want.
- Re-import the layer.
