Inspections must be linked to their assets before they can appear on the map or be used to calculate condition scores.
The system links CCTV inspections to pipe assets by matching the Upstream Manhole ID and Downstream Manhole ID on the inspection to the corresponding IDs in the pipe asset table. If either ID is missing, misspelled, or does not match the asset data, the inspection cannot be linked.
Unlinked inspections are excluded from condition assessments and map views, which can result in incomplete or inaccurate condition data for your sewer or storm network.
You can edit the inspection details and save your changes.
You can edit inspection details only when the inspection is not in an approved status.
If you only need to fix a few inspections:

If you have many unlinked inspections, you can fix them faster in a CSV file and upload the changes together. Select Fix Issues in the unlinked inspections banner.
What happens next?
After the file is uploaded, the system automatically starts the re-linking process. Any inspection whose upstream and downstream manhole IDs match a pipe in the GIS is linked to the corresponding asset.
Once an inspection is linked, it can be used in condition assessments and appears on the map.
