If there are issues with your live data connection, Admins can test the system connection and edit the connection settings if necessary. Credentials are required to edit some fields.
To test a system connection:
- Go to Admin System Connections and open the system connection.
- Select Test Connection on the right.
- Info360 Insight will tell you if the test was successful or not.
To edit a system connection:
- Go to Admin System Connections and open the system connection.
- Any of the fields below (not including) the Connection String can be edited and saved without reentering credentials (though credentials are not visible).
- The fields above and including the Connection String will require you to reenter the connection credentials to make edits.
- If you make changes, make sure to click Save System Connection.
