Edit or Test an Existing System Connection

If there are issues with your live data connection, Admins can test the system connection and edit the connection settings if necessary. Credentials are required to edit some fields.

To test a system connection:

  1. Go to Admin System Connections and open the system connection.
  2. Select Test Connection on the right.
  3. Info360 Insight will tell you if the test was successful or not.

To edit a system connection:

  1. Go to Admin System Connections and open the system connection.
  2. Any of the fields below (not including) the Connection String can be edited and saved without reentering credentials (though credentials are not visible).
  3. The fields above and including the Connection String will require you to reenter the connection credentials to make edits.
  4. If you make changes, make sure to click Save System Connection.
