Symptoms: If you are unable to resample data for a selection of sensors, you may need to update data connector components.
Root cause: It is only possible to resample data for a selection of sensors if your data connector (edge device) components are version 1.3.70 or above.
Solution:
- Go to Admin
Implementation and in the component list check that this group of components are version 1.3.70 or above.
- If they are not, check the box beside 'I have completed all the steps' and then click Deploy Configuration. This will update the components and may take 10 minutes or more to complete.
