Network connection troubleshooting

If you are having issues connecting to Info360 Insight it is possible that there are IT restrictions on your organization's network blocking the connection to the site.

You might need help from your IT representative during this process.

  1. Verify that third-party cookies are enabled in browser:

    Your browser general settings should 'Allow all cookies'.

  2. Test connection outside of your company's network:

    Connect from your work computer while making sure you are not connected to your company's VPN. You can also try a personal computer if the login still fails. If you are able to connect successfully, this means there are restrictions in your company's network that are preventing access to Info360 Insight.
