This page provides information on how to install your InfoDrainage™ software application. Installation and licensing may be done either through the Innovyze or Autodesk system, depending on the license type you have purchased. If you are not sure which method applies to you, contact support@innovyze.com.
You should have the following ready before proceeding to install InfoDrainage:
For the Innovyze system using Thales Software License
- Entitlement ID (EID) for local license or network server details where the license is located
- A link to download the installer
For the Autodesk system using your Autodesk account
- Autodesk account with associated license for the product
- A link to download the installer
For most users, regardless of the license type, all you need is the latest installer, which packages all the prerequisites into a single file. To download the installers:
- Innovyze installer:
Register and log into the Innovyze Support Portal. Go to
Downloads & Documentation >
Drainage Design & Analysis >
InfoDrainage
> and then click to download the latest version of the installer.
Note: The capabilities of InfoDrainage you have access to are dependent on the InfoDrainage Tier you have purchased. For more information about this topic, refer to InfoDrainage Tiers (Innovyze).
- Autodesk installer:
Go to the
Installation, downloads, and account support page of Autodesk and download the latest version of the installer.
Note: All capabilities of InfoDrainage are accessible to you using this installer (except for Standard license).
Before proceeding with the installation, check the System Requirements to see if your computer meets the specifications.
