This table contains all the pipe connectivity information.
It is recommended that this table not be modified or altered.
ID - The pipe ID. This field cannot be deleted, modified or altered.
FROM - The upstream node the pipe is connected to.
TO - The downstream node the pipe is connected to.
CAL_LENGTH - This is the length of the pipe calculated by InfoWater.
HANDLE - Internal handle used by InfoWater.
