ID - The Pump ID.
ENG_PATN - Enter the Energy Charge Pattern here. The pattern needs to be prior created. Refer to the section on Patterns for details.
DMD_PATN - Refers to the Demand Charge Pattern. The pattern needs to be prior created.
ENG_RATE - Enter the Energy Rate here.
