The Rule Header Table provides header information that corresponds with the Rule Detail Table.
ID - The rule based control identifier. Note: IDs must be upper case with no spaces or symbols (dash (-) and underscore (_) are OK).
DESCRIPTION - The descriptive text assigned to the rule based control.
PRIORITY - Rule Based control priority value. Integer value determines the order of execution.
Note: You may add rows to this table using the Insert 
or the Append 
icon. You may also delete rows from this table by using the Delete 
icon.
