Data Tables - Tank Hydraulic Data

The Tank hydraulic tables contain all the modeling information for tanks as shown below:

ID - The Tank ID. This field cannot be deleted, modified or altered.

TYPE - Refers to the Tank type. InfoWater allows for 2 different tank types namely 0: Cylindrical and 1: Variable Area. Refer to the section on tanks to learn more.

Elevation -The elevation (above sea level) of the bottom of the tank, ft (m).

Min_Level - The lowest allowable water level above the bottom of the tank (ex. 3 ft.), ft (m)

Max_Level - The highest allowable water level above the bottom of the tank (ex. 22 ft.), ft (m).

Init_Level - The height of water above the bottom of the tank (ex. 12 ft.) when the simulation is to begin, ft (m).

Diameter - The diameter of the tank, ft (m).

Min_Volume - Only required when minimum level is not known, ft3 (m3).

Curve - The curve assigned to the tank for an EPS.  Click here to see an example tank curve.
