Initial Quality provides a way to enter an initial water quality for a given node.
To specify the initial quality for a given node, do the following to bring up the Initial Quality dialog box.
Select a node (junction, tank, or reservoir) on the map.
Go the Attribute tab of the Model Explorer dialog box.
Click on the
Initial Quality
button (see above) from the toolbar or choose the Initial Quality command from the
Tools drop-down menu
.
Initial Water Quality - Enter an initial water quality for the specified junction node, tank, or reservoir.
Purge - Use the Purge button to erase the data associated with this entity.
Create - Click on the Create button to save any changes or additions and exit.
Cancel - Click on the Cancel button to exit without saving changes.
To set the initial quality for a group of nodes, put those elements into domain, select the Group Editing tool, and click on the Initial Quality tab.
