InfraWorks models can be visualized using an Oculus Rift (CV1) virtual reality headset.
Before you attempt to connect your InfraWorks models to an Oculus Rift headset, review Oculus Rift system requirements, hardware configuration, and settings:
Download the latest Oculus Rift software from https://www.oculus.com/setup/.
Review the Oculus Rift Minimum Requirements and System Specifications.
Check the connection between your remote sensor and the Oculus Rift.
Make sure you have connected the Oculus Rift directly to your graphics card via HDMI. Note: If your Oculus Rift headset shows a black screen (the LED light in the headset is orange), try connecting to a DVI port instead, using a DVI-HDMI adapter. If this does not resolve the black screen display, your graphics card may not be compatible with Oculus Rift. For further troubleshooting, contact Oculus Rift support.
Using the Oculus Rift application you have installed, verify that the Oculus Rift, sensor, and remote are being detected on your local system.
Check that your headset LED and sensor LED are displaying a white light.
Check that Oculus services are running on your local system. On Windows, you can find these listed in the Processes tab of the Windows Task Manager
Once your Oculus Rift is properly connected to your system, you can view any InfraWorks model using the Oculus Rift (CV1) headset.
