Collaborators can simultaneously access a mockup file stored in Autodesk 360, and solve issues in real time.
- Expand the Collaborators folder in the browser to see a list of collaborators participating in the project. Colored icons indicate online collaborators that view the mockup.
- Discuss design issues in real time using annotations. When you add a message, all online collaborators are notified, and can immediately respond.
- Create shared mockup views. Shared views can include component visibility settings, mockup section views, and markup.
- When a component does not fit to the mockup model, edit the component in the originating CAD system. Then insert the edited component in the mockup. All component occurrences in the mockup are updated.
- When you insert, reposition, delete, or update a component in a shared mockup, all online collaborators are notified and can see the updated model.
- When you or your collaborators change the mockup model, clash results are shaded. To recalculate clashes, right-click the Clashes folder in the browser, and click Update.
