If you experience any display issues while using Mudbox, it is recommended that you verify and update your graphics card driver. Use the following procedure to identify your current graphics card driver.
To identify your graphics card driver in Mudbox
- Select
Help > System Information.
Your graphics card and graphics card name and driver version are listed under the
VIDEO heading.
To identify your graphics card driver using Windows
Control Panel
- From the Windows
Control Panel, open the
Display settings and switch to the
Settings tab.
- Click
Advanced, then switch to the
Adapter tab.
- Click the
Properties button and open the
Driver tab to check driver version and see if newer drivers are available.
Tip: Many newer graphic cards offer tabbed pages where you can learn more precise information about your specific graphic card. If specific tab pages are present, refer to them instead of the
Adapter tab.
If you have a 4K monitor and text and icons are blurry
You can disable the automatic interface scaling. See
Blurry text or icons on 4k monitors.
Tip: In general, many issues in Mudbox can be resolved by deleting your user settings in order to refresh all tools and options to their default values. See
