3Dconnexion device setup

For Windows and Mac OS X, Mudbox supports the use of 3Dconnexion devices such as SpaceNavigator, SpaceTraveler, and SpaceExplorer.

Support for 3Dconnexion devices boosts your productivity in Mudbox by allowing for a two-handed work style. You can use your 3Dconnexion device with one hand to precisely position and visualize your model, while using a stylus with the other hand to select, paint, and sculpt.

Note: Ensure that you install the 3Dconnexion drivers for your device before you configure the device for use with Mudbox. See www.3dconnexion.com for additional information on 3Dconnexion navigation devices and answers to frequently asked questions.

You can adjust the behavior of a 3Dconnexion 3D mouse by selecting 3Dconnexion Properties from the ViewCube menu . See 3Dconnexion properties.
