Introducing Administration

Note: This page is a work in progress as we refine the Administration Settings available within PIX. It is also worth noting that the Administration panel and all the options discussed here may not be available to all users as this is determined based on individual account permissions and access as we rollout this crucial feature.

The Administration Tools puts the controls into the hands of the Administrative Users within your Organisation. Permissions, Roles, Workgroups, Teams, Projects and Organizations themselves can be created, controlled and managed directly within PIX by selected Users from this panel.

Only those users with the determined permissions will be able to access and utilize these tools and that access will vary depending on the exact nature of a users role and their position within an Organization, Team or Project.

If you do have these permissions you can access the Admin area through the Administration panel which you will be able to launch from the same area as other panels within PIX, the left hand side of your screen when you are in the Workspaces area.

Using the above icon will open the Administration panel which will look something like the below image.
