Edit a workspace

Use Edit in Workspace Manager to open Workspace settings for an existing workspace. From there you change the workspace name, how the it's described, where it appears in the main navigation menu, and how its items surface on My Outstanding Work.

Note: You cannot change the workspace type or ID after the workspace is created.
  1. From the main menu, go to Administration > Workspace Manager.

    The Workspace Manager page opens.

  2. Locate the workspace you want to edit.

  3. Hover over the workspace row, then click More More menu.

  4. Select Edit.

    The Workspace settings page opens.

  5. Update settings as needed:

    • Edit the workspace name, description, and the category where the workspace appears in the main menu.
    • Turn Show in My Outstanding Work on or off so items from this workspace appear or stay off users' dashboards.
    • Use the Keep in My Outstanding Work drop-down to control how long those items remain visible.
  6. Click Save.
