Main Menu Designer has been replaced by workspace organization features in Workspace Manager. You can now create categories and move workspaces between main menu categories directly in Workspace Manager.
Use Workspace Manager to organize workspaces into categories and control how they appear in the main menu of your Fusion Manage site. This replaces the functionality previously handled by the Main Menu Designer and is now the recommended way to manage workspace organization and ordering.
The new category appears at the bottom of the Workspace Manager list and initially contains no workspaces.
From the main menu, go to Administration > Workspace Manager.
In Workspace Manager, find the workspace or category you want to move.
Hover over the row, then click and hold the gripper icon
to the left of the name.
Drag the workspace or category to the desired location.
Release the mouse button to drop the item.
The new order is saved automatically and is immediately reflected in the main navigation menu.
.Before you delete a category, move every workspace out of it. You cannot delete a category that still has workspaces.
