The General Settings page lets you configure the global preferences for your Fusion Manage site. These settings apply across all workspaces and affect all users. This reference explains each setting and what it does.

Security | Enforce two-factor authentication for all users | Require all users to use two-factor authentication (2FA) when logging in to your site. See Security and privacy settings. If some users already use a 2FA method outside their Autodesk profile, you should exclude them from this requirement. Go to Administration > Security > Users, edit their profile, and uncheck Enforce two-factor authentication. |
Option to allow users of the site to sign in and run multiple sessions at the same time using the same Autodesk ID (Y/N). | ||
Whitelisting | Allows API access to extenal applications, such as Autodesk Platform Services apps. | |
Display | Attachment Thumbnail Height (pixels) | Height of the thumbnail when previewing attachments. |

Revision Control | Working Version Always Available | Option to always show the Working Version of version-controlled workspace items (Y/N). |
Revision Number Generation | Specifies the method of generating revision numbers of version-controlled items: Automatic or Manual. | |
New Working Version for Release in Place | Enables you to deactivate the released version of a revision-controlled item without incrementing the version number or release letter. If needed, the item can be activated again (Y/N). | |
BOM Quantity Length | Maximum number of characters of the Bill of Materials Quantity field including decimal places and the decimal point. | |
BOM Quantity Precision | Maximum number of decimal places in the Bill of Materials Quantity field. | |
Hide trailing zeros | Show or hide trailing zeros in the BOM Quantity field. For example, 2.10500 is shown as 2.105 when this setting is enabled. | |
Display Assignee | Show the Assignee column in your project management workspace to view and track who is responsible for each task. | |
Cross Origin Request Allowed List | For V1 endpoints only; enter external domains that are allowed to make requests to the Fusion Manage API. Example, https://*.domain-a.com. Separate multiple entries by comma. |
