Roles

Note:

For users with Fusion connected sites, references to the 'Items' workspace should be the 'Components' workspace.

These roles are included with this template:

Ideas [R/W]: Enables creation and management of ideas. Assign this role to all users contributing to the idea creation, review, voting and approval process.
Ideas [REVIEW]: Users with this role get notified about ideas to be reviewed (in state Initial Review). These users must select the responsible team within the details of each idea before it can be processed.

The users responsible for refinement, analysis, and approval of an idea are defined for each idea specifically in field Team of the details page. Only users selected in this field will be granted permission to process the given idea.
