My Outstanding Work

My Outstanding Work is your to-do list of items that require your attention. These items are in a workflow state for which you are responsible either directly or as the result of a delegation or an escalation.

Icon	Meaning
	Item is close to an upcoming milestone.
	Item missed a milestone.
	Item is on track for a milestone.
	Item is temporarily delegated to you by a co-worker.
	Item is raised to your attention as the result of certain process criteria.

View an Item

• Click an item to open it.
• Click a name in the State Set By column to view the profile of the person who last acted on the item.

Change the layout

• Filter: In the column headers, click Filter , then select the properties you want to show in the table.
• Sort: Place the pointer over a column header and click Sort to sort the table by that header.
• Column order: Drag columns left or right to move them in the table.
• Column size: Drag column header borders to change their width.
