Sketch a Floor

1. Click Model Structural Elements Floor.

   The Mode and Floor Properties panels display in the ribbon.

2. In the Floor Properties panel:
   • Select a type of calculation model for the floor, or select Add New to create a new one.
     Note: The default calculation models cannot be modified. If you want to use a custom calculation model, you need to create one.
   • Select a thickness, or select Add New to create a new one.

     Optionally, click if you want to edit the current thickness properties.

3. In the Mode panel, select one of the available sketching tools to draw your floor:
   • Contour
   • Rectangle
   • Circle
4. Click in the drawing area to create the floor profile.
   Note: When using the Contour tool, the floor is complete when you click the start point again.
