Issue

After successfully signing in via SSO, you may receive the message “There was a problem opening this page” when returning to the product you were trying to access.

This may be caused by incorrect or incomplete user mapping. Refer to Identity provider help and repeat the steps to ensure that property mapping is correct and that no values are empty or incomplete.

You should also make sure the value labels match those detailed in the setup documentation. Refer to SAML Assertion Label Names to make sure that attribute mapping is complete and correct.

Tip:

If you can trace the SAML assertion calls, you may be able to intercept the package and check if values are present.
