Create a Package

1. In the left navigation, select Packages to open the Packages list.

   

2. Click the Create package button to open the Create package dialog box.

3. Enter a title for the new package.

   • Takeoff packages are usually organized and named by their scope of work or trade divisions, but you can use any organization you prefer.

4. Click the Create package button in the dialog box to create the package and add it to the Packages list that shows all packages in your project.

All takeoff items taken off from a sheet or model in a package are added to the inventory for that package.
