| Level | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Account Admin | All permissions of Manage plus general account management. |
| Manage | All permissions of Edit, plus create and delete facility, modify/upload content and invite others. |
| Edit | Can view and modify facility, cannot upload new content. |
| Read | Can view facility, cannot modify its content. |
When you purchase or sign up for Autodesk Tandem, you will be the Primary Admin for you Autodesk Account, as well as the Tandem Account Owner. This means that they are responsible for initial Tandem hub provisioning and user assignment within the Tandem hub. Once you complete the Tandem account creation process, you will receive a welcome email with a link to access Autodesk Tandem. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder or request support.
Once logged into Autodesk Tandem, you can invite any number of users to your account and the facilities within your account. As an Account Admin, you have the ability to make changes to organization settings, user management, and permissions. Learn more about Organization Management.
NOTE: You cannot change Tandem Hub ownership, nor can the Hub Owner be removed from the Tandem Hub, but you can add as many other admins to your Tandem Account as needed.
Pro-Tip: It is recommended to have more than one Account Administrator. You can invite and assign additional Account Administrators in the Team Management tab within the MANAGE menu.
