Invite users

To invite users to your tenant, please refer to the full process of inviting new users to ensure that both Autodesk and Upchain accounts are created and appropriate licenses are assigned.

Re-invite users to Upchain

You can resend the invitation to join a tenant if the invite has not been accepted yet, that is, the user is still Inactive. Once you resend an invitation to a user, the links in previous invitations become invalid. The invitee must use the link from the latest email invitation.

1. Open Administration > Users.
2. Click Invite users in the top-right corner.
3. Enter the user’s email address and select their role.
4. Click Add user for each additional user you want to invite.
5. Click Invite.
6. Review the list of users you are inviting, then click Confirm.

The invited user will receive a new invitation email.
