Revert a pending item to Development

You may revert an item that has a Pending status to Development. You might do this if the item was part of a change request that was cancelled but the item status was incorrectly left in the Pending state.

Before you can perform this action, the following must be true:

• The item must not have any edit, eBOM edit, eBOM structural, or check out locks on it.
• The item must have a status of Pending. You cannot perform this action if the item has any other status.

To revert an item to Development:

1. Locate the item in the BOM table.

2. Click the item's more actions menu and select Admin > Revert to Development.

   Upchain shows a message confirming that you want to perform this action.

3. Click OK.

The item now has a status of Development. A record of this action is recorded in the item's history.
