Change request statuses

The lifecycle of an Change (CR) is managed using a change request workflow.

As an CR progresses through its lifecycle, its status changes depending on how it is defined in a workflow.

In Upchain, CRs can have one of the following statuses:

• Draft - This means that the workflow has not been started and the CR may still be edited.
• In Progress - The workflow has begun and the CR is being actively worked on.
• Completed -  The workflow has completed successfully and the CR is considered finished.
• Cancelled - The CR changes have been rejected and work order has been cancelled.
• Pending - The CR is waiting for user action, generally a decision.

You may filter the list of CRs based on their status in the Change request dashboard.
