You can move a document or folder from one location in a project to another location within that project, similar to using Cut and Paste in a word processor or file browser. This can be useful if you decide to add more folders to organize your documents further or you accidentally uploaded something to the wrong location.
You can move documents or folders under any other folder or category in the same project. You cannot move documents or folders from one project to another. See Sharing a document.
To move a document or folder:
Click the chevron () beside the category and folders until you locate the document or folder you want to move.
Beside the document or folder you want to move, click more actions ().
Select Move from the drop-down menu.
The Move document to... dialog opens.
Select a new location for the document or folder you are moving.
Click Move.
The document/folder is now removed from its previous location and is moved to its new location.
