Upchain documents can be shared across one or more projects. Sharing a document enables you to use or refer to documentation from other projects without leaving your project.
Shared documents are shown under the Linked Documents section in projects where the document has been shared with a link symbol on top of the document type icon.
Click a shared document to view its details pane on the right side.
To share a document:
Click the chevrons () beside the category and folders until you locate the document you want to share.
Beside the document or folder you want to share, click more actions ().
Select Share from the drop-down menu.
The Share Document dialog opens.
Select the box next to the projects you want to share this document to.
Click Share.
The document is shared to the selected projects.
