Sign into Upchain

Before you can sign into Upchain for the first time, you need to have:

Accept your invitation to join Upchain

  1. In the email invitation, click Join Upchain.
  2. On the Sign in page, click Sign in.
  3. Enter the email address that was used to create your Autodesk account.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Enter your Autodesk account password and (optionally) select Stay signed in.
  6. Click Sign In.

You have now accepted the invitation to join Upchain and have logged in. The main dashboard of Upchain opens.

Note: When logging in, if you do not have a license to use Upchain assigned to your account or the assigned license is of a lower type than the license configured in your Upchain tenant, you will see an error message. In this case, contact your Autodesk Administrator and your Tenant Administrator to make sure the correct licenses have been assigned to you.

Sign into Upchain

The email invitation is required only for the first-time sign in. For all subsequent sign ins:

  1. In a web browser (preferably Google Chrome), navigate to live.upchain.net.
  2. Click Sign in.
  3. Enter your email address that was used to create your Autodesk account.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Enter your Autodesk account password and (optionally) select Stay signed in.
  6. Click Sign In.
