This topic describes the enhancements and fixes provided in Upchain 22.4.X updates.

Upgrade the CAD Plugin

You may upgrade your CAD Plugin to 22.4.X to receive the newest capabilities. Upchain 22.4.X is backward compatible with the CAD Plugin version 22.4.

The latest version of the Upchain CAD Connector is available for download on the Plugins page, immediately following the service update made to the maintenance window.

• Fixed an issue where the Create Item and Copy Replace workflows were not working in the plugin for non-English versions of Inventor 2023.

• Saved redline markup now shows in the 3D web viewer.
• Fixed an issue where PDFs attached to an item could not be downloaded.
• Fixed an issue in the CAD plugins where some information dialogs were being hidden behind other windows.

Web interface

• If window size is below 1818 pixels, Creation Date and Approval Date no longer appear in the Change Notice header. A tooltip has been added that shows these values if you mouse over the Change Notice number.

Translations

• Status messages for translations are now more informative.

Workflow (item maturity values)

• Maturity values were not being cleared after release.
• History was showing duplicate maturity values.

General

• Legacy numbers for items and ERP items that contain non-numeric characters will no longer cause errors.
• Fixed: Relations between items and projects were getting lost after release.
