Restrict roles from creating new versions of released items

Tenant Administrators can control which roles are allowed to create new versions of released parts and assemblies. This control effectively prevents released items being inadvertently reset to development.

By configuring the roles that are permitted to create a new version of released parts or components, Upchain restricts all other roles from creating a new version of a released item.

For example, as a Tenant Administrator you can allow only Lead Mechanical Designers to create a new version of a released Purchased Mechanical Part.
