Show Details in Inventor

This feature allows you to view vaulted versions and/or documents associated with a selected file.

Browse the Historical Versions in Inventor

    You can browse the historical vaulted files linked to a selected file in Inventor.

  1. Right click on a file in the model/vault browser and click Show Details.
  2. On the Details dialog box, select the History Tab.
  3. Select the History Tab.

Browse/Open the Related Vaulted Files in Inventor

    You can browse the related vaulted files to a selected file in Inventor.

  1. Right click on a file in the model/vault browser and click Show Details.
  2. On the Details dialog, select the Where Used Tab.

    3. Note: The Where Used Tab is available only in Autodesk Vault Workgroup, Collaboration, and Professional editions.

Open Related Files from the Vault.

  1. Click the Direct Parents Filter icon.
  2. Select the file types to be displayed.
  3. Right click on the related file and click Open to open the file in Inventor.
