Files can be sent directly from a vault to any number of e-mail recipients. When using Send to e-mail a file, the associated visualization file is attached to the e-mail. If no visualization file is available, the source file is attached to the e-mail instead. Files are sent uncompressed. The allowable size for e-mail attachments differs from network to network. Make sure you are not e-mailing an attachment too large for your recipient's e-mail server to process.
Use Pack and Go to send larger files or data sets.
