| Volume Select, Poly Select, and Mesh Select modifiers |
The Volume Select, Poly Select, and Mesh Select modifiers now have an option to Use Stack Selection, which when active lets you switch between the selection that is being passed into the modifier, or modify that selection with the tools and functionality that already exist within the modifier. This checkbox essentially locks your stack selection. When Use Stack Selection is active, you can modify the soft selection, which can help your work supply selection data to a modifier that doesn't have a built in ability to support soft selection. |
