    Paint Weights Improvement

This update includes s new parameters for the Paint Weights to give you better control painting strength when using Shift + Alt to brush skin weights for a bone.

Previously, using Shift + Alt to paint skin weights was oversensitive and difficult to control. With these improvements, you can now define small increments in painting strength with expanded range of mouse movements.
