| Change from .NET 8.0 and 10.0: Microsoft will stop providing updates for .NET 8.0 after November 10, 2026. For this reason, Autodesk and other software developers are encouraged to transition to .NET 10.0. Custom applications targeting .NET 8.0 should continue to function, except in cases where changes or removals in .NET 10.0 introduce compatibility issues. |
Important: Due to potential compatibility issues introduced by .NET 10.0 in the AutoCAD Electrical 2026.0.2 Update, the corresponding AutoCAD 2026.1.2 Update must also be installed. If other AutoCAD 2026-based products are installed on the workstation, such as Autodesk Civil 3D, the AutoCAD Mechanical toolset, or Autodesk Advance Steel, you must install the latest available updates for those products to maintain cross-product compatibility.
