Specifies which fields to include in the report, the field order, and the field labels.
FindCommand entry: AEPANELREPORT
Select Bill of Material from the report list. Run the report and click Change Report Format on the Report Generator dialog box.
List of Options
The following options are displayed.
- Available Fields
- Lists the available fields for the report, including fields added with the User Attributes command. Select a field from the list to add it to the report.
- Fields to Report
- Specifies the fields to display in the report, and the field order.
- Remove
- Removes the selected field from the Fields to Report list.
- Remove All
- Removes all the fields from the Fields to Report list.
- Move Up
- Moves the selected field up one spot in the Fields to Report list.
- Move Down
- Moves the selected field down one spot in the Fields to Report list.
- Change Field Name/Justification
- Specifies the field label and justification for the selected field.
Note: The vertical justification is used only when the report is inserted as a table.
- Lines for Description
- The Description field can combine multiple fields, each field on a separate line. If you include the Description field in your report, choose which lines make up this field

The available fields can vary based on the display option selected for the report.

- N/A is used as a field placeholder to keep the raw data consistent between all display options for the bill of material report

- Quantity
- SUB
- Subassembly quantity
- CATALOG
- Catalog part number assignment
- MFG
- Manufacturer or vendor name
- ASSYCODE
- Assembly code value linking the catalog value to subassembly items
- DESCRIPTION
- Multiline description column as defined in the Lines for DESCRIPTION section
- DESC
- 3rd field in the catalog database table for the assigned catalog
- QUERY2
- 4th field in the catalog database table for the assigned catalog
- QUERY3
- 5th field in the catalog database table for the assigned catalog
- MISC1-2
- Miscellaneous fields in the catalog database table for the assigned catalog, fields 6-7
- USER1-3
- User fields in the catalog database table for the assigned catalog, fields 11-13
- TABNAM
- Catalog database table name for the assigned catalog
- TAGS or TAG
- Component tag values
- DESC1-3
- Description 1-3 values on the component
- INST
- Installation value
- LOC
- Location value
- UM
- Units assigned to the catalog data on the component
- HDL
- Handle number of the component block
- DWGIX
- DWGIX value, as listed in the FILETIME table of the project database, for the drawing where the component is located
- REF
- Line reference, X-Y grid reference, or X Zone reference of the component
- SH
- Sheet value (%S) for the drawing where the component is located
- SOURCE
- Indicates if the component is in the AutoCAD Electrical toolset project, the Inventor assembly, or linked and represented in both.
